The 12-Gauge Fin Stabilized Round improves upon the Defense Technology® design of the 23FS. The translucent shell utilizes a smokeless powder as the propellant. It is generally considered a low to medium pain compliance round for close range deployment and crowd routing.
The shell is loaded with a 5.8-Gram finned rubber sabot and is most suitable for moderate ranges with a maximum effective range of approximately 35 ft. and has a velocity of 500fps.
